Portions are approximately the size of the palm of my hand unless otherwise noted
- Breakfast: Smoothie: 1 banana, 1/2 cup fresh strawberries,
1/3 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt, 1/3 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey protein, 2 tbs ground flax seed. 1 cup coffee
- Snack: 1 cup Dannon all-natural coffee-flavored yogurt, handful of almonds
- Lunch: 1 Chicken breast (poached), with Marinated Vegetables, Rainbow Chard and Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes (I barely ate any of the potatoes, and they were mixed with the chard)
- Snack: 1 Braeburn apple, handful of almonds, Myoplex Protein Shake (140 cals, 17g protein)
- Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bol
- Snack: Protein shake (1 scoop whey protein, 8oz water)
Exercise
AM: Walked 1.25 miles
PM: Ran 20 minutes, walked 10 minutes (run 2 min, walk 1 min, alternating for 30)
